General Terms

The following terms and conditions (“User Terms and Conditions”) apply to your use of the Wedew platform, including but not limited to the website and mobile application (the "Wedew Platform"), owned and operated by PT Digitonia Karya Persada (“Wedew”), a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, located at AD Premier Building, 8th Floor, Suite 03-04, Jl. TB Simatupang No. 5, Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

By visiting, using, downloading, and/or installing the Wedew Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these User Terms and Conditions. These User Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wedew.

If you do not agree to any part of these User Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the Wedew Platform and are advised to close your account and/or remove the Wedew Platform from your device.

You represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, particularly these User Terms and Conditions, to use the Application and that you are at least 17 years old or married and not under guardianship. Otherwise, Wedew reserves the right to cancel any agreement made with you.

1. Definitions

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

  1. “User Account” means the account owned by the User after the registration process on the Wedew Platform;
  2. “Service Fee” has the meaning as defined in Article 4.1;
  3. “Privacy Policy” refers to the privacy policy applicable to the use of the Wedew Platform, accessible at https://wedew.co/privacy-policy;
  4. “User Content” means all data, information, text, photos/images, videos, songs, and files uploaded by the User to the Wedew Platform;
  5. “User” includes but is not limited to any party that visits or uses the Wedew Platform and/or Event Website. The term “You” in the General Terms refers to the User;
  6. “Wedew Platform” is the online platform service available at https://wedew.co;
  7. “Transaction” refers to the purchase activity conducted by the User through the Wedew Platform or Event Website;
  8. “Event Website” refers to a website created via the Wedew Platform to publish events; and
  9. “Wedew” means PT Digitonia Karya Persada as the owner and operator of the Wedew Platform.

2. Terms of Use

  1. Users may only use their own account and are not allowed to authorize others to use their identity or account. Any such authorization is the sole responsibility of the User.
  2. Wedew collects and processes Users’ personal information, such as name, email address, phone number, etc., during registration. Users must provide accurate and complete information and update it as reasonably requested by Wedew.
  3. Users are prohibited from misusing or using the Wedew Platform for fraudulent purposes or to cause inconvenience to others.
  4. Users may not damage, alter, or modify the Wedew Platform in any way.
  5. Wedew is not responsible if Users do not have compatible devices. Wedew may restrict Users from further using the Platform if accessed from incompatible or unauthorized devices or used for unintended purposes.
  6. Users understand and agree that their use of the Wedew Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which may change from time to time. By using the Wedew Platform and/or accessing the Event Website, Users also give consent as required under our Privacy Policy.
  7. When using specific features of the Wedew Platform, Users agree to any additional terms associated with those features. If not covered, the general Wedew Terms apply.

3. User Content

  1. Users are prohibited from uploading or using any words, comments, images, or content containing SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations), discrimination, defamatory remarks, threats, advertisements, or other inappropriate content per Wedew’s internal policies.
  2. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, privacy, and security of any data uploaded to the Wedew Platform.
  3. Users guarantee that their content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights. Users grant Wedew a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use all intellectual property rights in their content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Users waive any moral rights related to the content.
  4. Users understand that they are fully responsible for any violations involving content or data uploaded by themselves or the Event Website creators. Wedew reserves the right to take necessary actions such as content removal, account moderation, or termination.

4. Service Fees

  1. Users understand and agree that Wedew may charge a service fee (“Service Fee”) for every Transaction. This fee is intended for system maintenance and service improvement.
  2. The Service Fee amount will be determined further by Wedew on a separate page that is an inseparable part of these Terms.

5. Warranties

  1. Wedew makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform, including user-generated content.
  2. Wedew does not guarantee that (a) the use of the Platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free; (b) stored data will be accurate or reliable; (c) any products or information obtained through the Platform will meet expectations; (d) errors will be corrected; or (e) the servers or platform are free from viruses or harmful components.
  3. The Wedew Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. All conditions, representations, and warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. Users agree that any risks arising from the use of the Platform and/or Event Website remain entirely with the User.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Users acknowledge that Wedew does not create or control User Content displayed on the Platform or Event Websites and is not liable for the truth, quality, or safety of such content.
  2. While Wedew applies optimal data protection measures, it is still possible for data to be accessed illegally by third parties. Wedew cannot guarantee immunity from such risks, including carding, cracking, phishing, malware, or other threats. Users accept these risks and release Wedew from liability related to any resulting loss or damage.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Wedew’s name, logo, images, content, features, and software are protected under Indonesian law. All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Wedew (and its licensors, if applicable). Users may only use these rights for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

Users can access the Privacy Policy at https://wedew.co/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, Users are deemed to agree to the Privacy Policy and authorize Wedew to use the provided information for platform development and commercial purposes, as permitted by law.

9. Miscellaneous

  1. These User Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal actions or disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
  2. These Terms may be modified from time to time. Wedew will notify Users via the Platform and/or email. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the changes. If Users do not agree, they may request account closure by emailing [email protected].
